Snuggle Close, Posy
Ages 2–32 min read
Posy lay in her bed. Her hedgehog toy lay beside her. Mum sat close. A book rested on her knees. Posy touched a small bear on the page.
Thunder boomed. Posy jumped. Her hands flew up. Her heart beat fast. The book slipped shut.
“I am scared,” said Posy. She pressed against Mum.
Sleep tight.
